arigoPLEX® Multiplex ELISA Kits
-
arigoPLEX® is arigo’s star multiplex ELISA product. Its greatest advantage is multiplex detection capability: a single ELISA well can simultaneously and accurately quantify 4 or 8 target analytes.
The assay principle is based on pre-coated specific capture antibodies on the microplate. After adding the sample, target analytes bind to the immobilized antibodies, enabling highly specific detection.
Sensitivity varies by antibody and is optimized for each analyte to ensure detection within the best linear range. Detailed performance data are available on each product page and in the arigoPLEX® Multiplex ELISA product section.
-
arigoPLEX® Multiplex ELISA uses a complete, all-in-one kit design that requires no additional reagents.
The kit contains:
- Antibody Coated Microplate
- Standard
- Antibody Conjugate
- HRP-Streptavidin Enzyme Conjugate
- Specialized Buffers:
- Standard/Sample Diluent
- Antibody Diluent
- Wash Buffer
- Colorimetric and Stop Solutions:
- TMB
- STOP Solution
- Plate Sealer
-
arigoPLEX® Multiplex ELISA covers a wide range of common cytokines, chemokines, and other analytes (see individual product catalogs). In addition to our standard catalog items, we also offer Custom Multiplex ELISA Kit services, allowing you to freely adjust analyte combinations to meet your specific research needs.
-
Recommended solution: We strongly suggest using the arigoQIK™ Integrated Development Reagent Set (ARG83524). It contains pre-made buffers for 5 plate runs, significantly shortening preparation time and ensuring experimental stability.
Self-preparation reference (if you need to prepare your own buffers):
Buffer Name Main Components and Preparation Guidelines PBS 137 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 8.1 mM Na2HPO4, 1.5 mM KH2PO4 (pH 7.2–7.4) Wash Buffer PBS + 0.5% Tween-20 Standard/Sample Diluent PBS + 1% BSA + 0.05% Tween-20 Antibody Diluent PBS + 1% BSA + 0.1% Tween-20 Blocking Buffer PBS + 1% BSA + 0.05% Tween-20 -
Yes, arigo offers flexible Custom Multiplex ELISA Kit services, including adjusting existing analyte panels or developing entirely new combinations to meet your specific research requirements.

-
Each batch includes a complete QC report with:
- Standard curves
- Sensitivity
- Specificity
- Recovery rates
- Additional performance data
You can download the QC report from the product datasheet or the product page on our website.
-
We do not recommend mixing reagents from different kits or different batches to avoid experimental variation.
Only when using reagents from the same batch number can you share:
- Standard/Sample Diluent
- Wash Buffer
- TMB
All other reagents (such as Antibody Diluent and STOP Solution) must be used exclusively from the provided kit.
-
In principle, we do not recommend running multiple kits of different batches simultaneously to ensure data consistency. Kits from the same batch may be used together.
-
We do not recommend using the kit for species not listed in the product specifications, as differences in protein homology between species may affect detection accuracy and sensitivity.
-
Please strictly follow the sample types recommended in the product protocol.
The kit is primarily validated for:
- Serum
- Plasma
- Cell culture supernatants
If you need to test other body fluids, please contact Technical Support (tech@arigobio.com) to confirm suitability.
-
Only a microplate reader capable of measuring OD450 nm absorbance is required.
No special equipment is needed.

-
We do not recommend using products past the expiration date indicated on the label to ensure data accuracy.
Long-term storage conditions:
Component Storage Conditions Detection Buffer Be stored at -20°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles (we recommend aliquoting into small portions). Standard Buffer Be aliquoted and stored at -20°C. -
To ensure result stability and reproducibility, we do not recommend modifying the protocol.
Please follow the product manual exactly.
If you have special experimental needs, please contact Technical Support to discuss optimization options.
